At Carbon Fiber Rings, we are dedicated to ensuring that you receive the perfect fit. We offer free size exchanges for all rings, but please note that we do not offer refunds due to the custom nature of our products. Please review the details below for our exchange process.

Free Size Exchanges

If your ring doesn’t fit perfectly, we provide free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure that your ring fits just right without any extra hassle.

How to Exchange Your Ring:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at [Customer Support Email] with your order number, the new ring size you need, and any relevant details (e.g., ring width, finish).
  2. Return the Original Ring: We’ll provide instructions for sending the original ring back to us. The ring must be in like-new condition—no signs of wear, scratches, or alterations.
  3. Receive Your New Ring: Once we receive the original ring and confirm it’s in acceptable condition, we’ll send out the replacement ring free of charge.

Exchange Limitations:

  • Exchanges are available only for rings purchased directly from our website.
  • The ring must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be in like-new condition (no visible wear, discoloration, or alterations).
  • Only one free size exchange per order. Additional exchanges will incur a fee.
  • International customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with size exchanges.

No Refund Policy

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our rings, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to accommodate size exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit.

Important Notes for International Customers

At this time, we cannot provide international return labels. If you need to exchange your ring for a different size, please follow these steps:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the ring back to us.
