What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
At Carbon Fiber Rings, we understand that sizing a ring perfectly can be a challenge, especially with carbon fiber rings that cannot be resized. That’s why we offer a free exchange and cover shipping costs for exchanges within the U.S. For international exchanges, additional postage fees apply. Simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your ring. If it’s a gift and you exceed the 30-day period, just let us know. If you’re not absolutely thrilled with your ring, we’ll refund 100% of the purchase price. View our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Our focus is on providing you with a ring that fits perfectly and meets your expectations. If you have any sizing concerns, please take advantage of our free size exchange policy within the first 30 days.
How quickly will my ring ship?
Pure carbon fiber rings typically ship within 3 business days. Other custom-made rings may take up to 3 weeks to fulfill. For urgent orders, please contact us directly.
RING SIZING
How do I find the right size?
While ring sizing might show a quarter size (e.g., 9.25 vs. 9.5), we generally find this isn’t necessary. For wider rings (8mm or 10mm), rounding down a quarter size usually works best. For narrower rings (4mm or 6mm), round down to the nearest whole or half size. We offer a FREE ring sizer to help you get the perfect fit! OTHER QUESTIONS
Can these rings be engraved?
Yes, carbon fiber rings can be engraved and even laser etched. However, engraving carbon fiber requires specific expertise, and we currently don’t offer engraving services.
How do I care for my Carbon Fiber Ring?
Our 100% Carbon Fiber Rings are designed to be low-maintenance. They’re incredibly durable, chemical-resistant, and hypoallergenic. While carbon fiber is scratch-resistant, chips or scratches can happen. Minor blemishes can be buffed out with fine-grit sandpaper (800-2000), while deeper scratches may require coarse-grit sandpaper (220-600) followed by polishing.
For Wood & Carbon Fiber Hybrid Rings, a bit more care is recommended. These rings come with a waterproof sealant, but we advise removing them during activities that might expose them to harsh conditions (e.g., heavy lifting, chemicals, or prolonged water exposure). We offer a free refinish service for hybrid rings up to 6 weeks after purchase.
What makes glow rings glow?
Our glow rings use a high-quality luminescent powder infused into the resin, made from materials like strontium aluminate. A quick 30-second UV charge can make your ring glow intensely for up to 5 minutes, with a soft glow lasting several hours. For all-day glow, expose your ring to sunlight in the morning.
